I am so pleased to have found someone to make personal training actually fun! Laura and I chat through our sessions while she quietly steps up the intensity so that I hardly notice I am exercising until she gently reminds me how far I have come. I am a naturally lazy person so frequently consider cancelling sessions, but find that I don't want to because I am looking forward to having a chat! The exercise slides in effortlessly and I definitely see the difference not just in my measurements but also my fitness levels. Laura is so approachable and so realistic. She has turned what was a fruitless cycle of exercising and dieting into something sustainable.

I was initially worried if I'd be fit enough to cope with the workouts, but Laura assessed my fitness level and tailored the workout accordingly! I like that Laura changes the workouts and increases the level/intensity when required. I have lost nearly a stone, can move the beer barrels without using my knees and am definitely fitter and stronger, I have also dropped an dress size and have lots more energy!

Don't leave the house to work out and lose weight, I can come to you! Let me train you in the comfort of your own home. You don't need a studio, just a mat* and a bit of space.
Using a mixture of various training methods (see below). I will create you a completely individualised plan, designed with your needs and goals in mind!

Start with or without a fitness assessment, get nutrition/weight management advice and monitoring throughout.
Train with me as often or as little as you like... I will develop a plan just for you to use in between training sessions for best results. Once a week sessions (at least) with me are recommended but not essential.
Group sessions are also avialable (£35 per session or £320 for 10 sessions - no more than 3 clients).
*It may be necessary for you to buy some small equipment depending on your goals.
Laura is very open and easy to talk to, I was able to explain what I wanted to achieve and she helped me see how I can achieve this. Now I'm sleeping better, feeling healthier and am not so self conscious. I am more energetic and don't rely on coffee to get me through the day anymore! Plus my clothes are fitting a lot better, and my mood and attitude is more positive.

Individual training session at your home, garden or a nearby park. Tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are between 45 - 90 minutes long, and includes basic dietary recommendations.

Block of 10 sessions for a discount of £25 (you pay £27.50 per session. Sessions are between 45 - 90 minutes long.
